Passover is coming up on Wed April 8th. This is a time of year to increase your gratitude.
Colossians 1:12-13 says "giving thanks to the father who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints of the light. He has rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his dear son."
Passover is a reminder that God has already done this for you. He has seated us with him in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. (Ephesians 2:6)
How can we already be seated in Heaven with Christ even though we are here on earth? Quantum science has now proven that it is possible for a particle to be in two places at one time, it is called Quantum Superposition, but you only see the one you are looking for. If you are looking for a heavenly perspective you will see it. If you are looking for the domain of darkness you will see it.
This is a time of year to focus on seeing everything from a heavenly perspective and increasing your gratitude that God has already transferr...
On God's calendar we have about 2 more weeks of cleaning out to make room for the new.
Spring is a reminder that God makes all things new.
It is a time when everything is green and growing.
It is also the time to plant seeds.
During this time of the year it is important to be seeking God on the new things he wants to do in your life this year.
It could be a new way of doing things, a new skill you develop, or something completely new.
As you press into God and find those answers begin to sow/invest into them.
Once we get to Easter weekend be prepared for rapid growth and a 50 day sprint to the day of Pentecost.
P.S. Recently I made the Abundant Life Blueprint free. God's calendar is a big part of the program.

Jesus said that the path that leads to life is narrow, which means it is like a balance beam.
Through the years of working with clients there are two big reason why people struggle to make progress.
The first is never getting started. It is easy to procrastinate even when we know a change needs to be made. There will never be the perfect time to get started so just get started anyway and take the first step. Start small and use a gentle approach but commit to being consistent.
The second key to progress is rhythm. Once people get started the biggest reason they struggle is getting knocked out of rhythm. Whenever you try to make a change for the good life will always test you by attempting to knock you out of rhythm.
This is where you can use God's rhythm as a tool to keep you moving forward. The temple of the Old Testament had a rhythm of morning, evening, weekly, monthly, and the yearly cycle of feasts. You are the temple now and rhythm is one of your greatest tools for progre...
Lately I have been pondering scriptures on the power of God being in us.
In the Old Testament if you touched a leper you were unclean, but in the New Testament Jesus and the disciples touched lepers and the lepers became clean. The tables were turned.
In Acts 19:11 it says God did extraordinary miracles through the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.
Romans 8:11 the same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you and will bring life to your mortal body.
Colossians 1:27 Christ (the anointed one) is in you the hope of glory
In Exodus 30 anything that touched the anointed things of the temple became holy and clean.
1 John 2:27 the anointing you received from him remains in you.
John 5:30 Jesus says that he can do nothing in his own self.
John 14:10 Jesus says it is the father in him who does the work and whoever believes in him will do the work...
On God's calendar we are getting close to Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread which starts on the evening of April 8th.
Between now and the Feast of Unleavened Bread it is a time to be cleaning out and making room for the new.
Every year God wants to do something new in your life.
With all of the changes going on in the world right now I believe it is important to be pressing in and seeking God on how to navigate through this time so that you come out on the other side better than ever.
This is a time to be cleaning out old outdated ways of thinking, doing business, etc. Since most people are home right now it is also a good time to clean out your house.
Passover is coming up on the evening of April 8th.
Passover is like a big communion meal. And Psalm 105:37 says that after the Passover there was not one sick or feeble person among close to one million people.
In Exodus God tells the people that the Passover is supposed to be a memorial that reminds them of what God had done in their lives, and that it would provide an opportunity for parents to tell their kids what God had done in their lives.
The word Passover in Hebrew is Pesach which means talking mouth, because it is a time when you are supposed to talk about how Jesus transferred us out of the kingdom of darkness and into the kingdom of light.
Something I am learning lately is that the Passover can serve as a point of contact where you express your faith that Jesus translated you into a new life. It is an opportunity to bring what has already been done for you into the present.
With many churches not able to have regular services right now I still believe it's important to take regular communion.
Several years ago, I was feeling under the weather and tried to heal with proper nutrition, etc. As I began to pray and ask God what the issue was, the answer I received was "when was the last time you took communion." The truth is, I was attempting to heal myself rather than trusting in God. It had been several weeks since I had taken communion but after taking it that night I felt better quickly. And from that moment on, my family and I started taking communion almost every night.
Communion serves as a point of contact to express your faith in what Jesus did over 2000 years ago.
Communion brings his sacrifice into your current moment as you remember that he bore your sins and by his stripes you were healed. When I take the bread I visualize God pouring the cup of his wrath on Jesus so that I can have his cup of blessing.
When I take the juice I remember that ...
The most important nutrition principle is balance. But to truly create balance on your plate you must understand that the volume of some foods must be bigger than others.
For example, 100 calories of veggies is a big portion, while 100 calories of meat, fat or junk food is much smaller. To create balance you need way more veggies.
In the same way you need to balance what you are taking into your mind and spirit. For example, you need a high volume of things that build your faith and encourage you but only a small amount of negative news.
Right now there is a lot of negative news out there and it is important to keep balance by making sure your intake of God's word and things that build your faith are higher. It is ok to check and see what is going on in the world but make sure to balance it out.
P.S. If you need something faith building and encouraging to watch/listen to I have recently made the Abundant Life Blueprint free.

When I played baseball in college I learned that the higher you move up in levels the faster you must make adjustments. For example, in high school I could strike a hitter out over and over but in college the hitters would adjust quickly. You must be very responsive to what is happening.
We are in a time where it is a critical skill to be responsive, adaptable, and willing to make adjustments.
One of the names of God is El Shaddai, which means the all sufficient one. You have the all sufficient one living in you, and he is able to help you meet all the demands and opportunities of life. But your job is to keep your heart adaptive and responsive by knowing that nothing is impossible with him. A calloused heart resists change, but a tender heart is responsive, adaptable, and willing to makes adjustments.
P.S. Recently an adjustment I made is to make the Abundant Life Blueprint program 100% free. In the program you will get everything I have for free.
Down below is a recipe for what my kids call the Special Drink. The Special Drink boosts the immune system, clears out congestion, and hydrates the body. With all of the concerns about health these days it may be good to have a glass of this each day.

Perspectives and Positioning
The other day I had a discussion with my friend Tullio O'Reilly from the Dwelling Place Church on the power of perspectives and positioning yourself correctly. One of the concepts we discussed is that how you start something often determines how it ends.
