Good morning!

Today is Thoughtful Thursday ( The Purpose & Community Accelerator)

Today do something thoughtful for someone else. Connect them with something they need or do something to make their day. 

This is the purpose and community accelerator. 

We each have a unique gifting that is meant to serve the community of people around us, and one of the ways to do this is by looking for opportunities to help people with your gifts, talents, resources, network, etc.

One of the challenges of life is living in such a way that is both pleasing to God and a blessing to people. 

Romans 14:18 says, "For whoever serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men."

The context of this verse is about not making other people stumble and how the kingdom of God is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. 

In today's communion meditation we are asking God to help us do something thoughtful today and live in a way that is pleasing to God and approved by people. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Remember to take a gentle approach. Too often people take a harsh approach with their body.
