Focus on speaking life today... With the words that you speak and the tone you speak with. 

Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 

Let your speech always be seasoned with grace.

 We are almost two weeks past the Day of Pentecost, which was the midpoint of the year on God's calendar. On this side of the year, we transition to playing defense. Some areas to play defense in are your rhythms, order, time, and community. 

How are your rhythms?

How is the order of your priorities - because they will be tested every day?

Are you controlling your time?

In today's communion we are asking God to help us speak life today and to help us navigate this season of the year the way he desires.
