Here is today's communion meditation.

 James 3:17 says, " But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere."

Wisdom from above is first of all pure. 

Wisdom that comes from above purifies our heart, motives, and desires.

In today's communion we are asking God for wisdom that comes from above that purifies.
