Wait for God's Plan to Unfold

Good morning!

Here is today's communion meditation.

 In Psalm 106:13 it says, "The people soon forgot what God had done and did not wait for his plan to unfold."

God has a plan for us, but his word and his plan must unfold.

Folding creates layers and levels, which can actually increase capacity. 

In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand the unfolding of his plan, and for him to unfold the next level. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

Folding has to do with stacking or layering, which is very important for developing the work capacity of the body. The body has an amazing capacity for work. Let's live at a higher level of work.
