Here is today's communion meditation.

In John 8:31-32 Jesus said, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, 32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

If we follow the progression in this verse, abiding in his word leads to knowing the truth, which leads to being set free. This week our filter is, "Life Balance," which is a reminder to prioritize the spiritual aspects of life because they are much bigger than we realize.

In today's communion we are asking God to help us have the eagerness to abide in his word so that we know the truth and it sets us free.

The hands are made to secure things. Whenever you are holding weights make sure to hold them firmly... secure them.
