Grow Strong by Building Others

Here is today's communion meditation.

 Psalm 52:7 talks about a person who is not doing things God's way. It says:

“Here now is the man who did not make God his stronghold but trusted in his great wealth and grew strong by destroying others!”

The opposite of this is that a person who makes God their stronghold will trust in God and grow strong by building others up. When we build others up God flows through us, and we become strong in the process.

In today's communion we are asking God to help us make him our stronghold, trust in him, and grow strong him building others up. 

Today's Health and Fitness Tip

One of the best ways to break though plateaus is to find someone to help. Finding a workout partner or teaching someone what you have learned is one of the best ways to breakthrough to new levels.
