Here is this week's Yearly Cycle Update.

It seems like every year during February and March God keeps bringing up the topic of confidence.

1 John 3:21-22 says If our hearts do not condemn us, we will have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him.

For us to move to a place of confidence we must deal with condemnation, and there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. To have condemnation means we have doubts, while confidence is the state where all of the doubt is removed. 

Sometimes we have doubts because we look out ourselves, but our confidence is meant to be in God and the righteousness of Jesus not our own
