Good morning,

This is the day the Lord has made, let's rejoice in it and make today a masterpiece!

Today is Speak Life Saturday (The Faith Accelerator)

Focus on speaking life today... With the words that you speak and the tone you speak with. 

Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 

Let your speech always be seasoned with grace. 

Here is this week's Yearly Cycle communion meditation.

 We are currently in the 40 Days of Teshuva, which are the 40 days that lead up to the Day of Atonement. 

Here are the dates of the Fall Feasts that are approaching:

• Rosh Hashanah ( Feast of Trumpets) Sept 22nd
• Yom Kippur ( Day of Atonement) Oct 2nd
• Feast of Tabernacles ( Oct 6th - 13th)

This time of the year is a time of repentance and said to be a time of miraculous answers to prayer.  This time of year is a reminder to be taking action. The Feast of Trumpets is coming soon on Sept 22nd. That evening is like a New Year's Eve celebration, and it's celebrated with apples and honey to symbolize it being a sweet new year. 

The Feast of Trumpets also starts the 10 Days of Awe, which are a time to increase our awe of God. These 10 days are also the final push to repent and get everything righted before the Day of Atonement. Think of the Day of Atonement like a major deadline for the year.

In today's communion we are asking God to help us speak life today and to navigate this season the way he desires.
